31A-25-302.5. Place of business and residence address.
(1) A third-party administrator licensed under this chapter shall register and maintain with the commissioner: the address and one or more telephone numbers of the licensee's principal place of business; a valid business email address at which the commissioner may contact the licensee; and if the licensee is an individual, the licensee's residence address and telephone number.
(2) A licensee shall notify the commissioner within 30 days of a change of any of the following required to be registered with the commissioner under this section: an address; a telephone number; or a business email address.
