A foreign ambulance membership organization limited health plan is exempt from:
(1) Section; 31A-8-204
(2) Section; 31A-8-205
(3) Section; 31A-8-206
(4) Section; 31A-8-211
(5) Section; 31A-8-214
(6) Section; 31A-8-215
(7) Section; and 31A-8-216
(8) Section. 31A-8-217
