32B-2-703. Fees -- Rulemaking.
(1) The division may charge a fee as part of the subscription program: in accordance with Section; and 63J-1-504 to cover costs to the division for administering the subscription program.
(2) The commission may make rules in accordance with, for the administration of this part, including rules designating which package agencies may receive from the division wines that are purchased through the subscription program. Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act
