32B-8b-401. Enforcement of operational requirements for hotel license or sublicense.
(1) Failure by a person described in Subsectionto comply with this chapter or, may result in disciplinary action in accordance with, against: (2) Chapter 8d, Sublicense Act Chapter 3, Disciplinary Actions and Enforcement Act the hotel licensee; individual staff of the hotel licensee; a sublicensee or person otherwise operating under a sublicense of the hotel licensee; individual staff of a sublicensee or person otherwise operating under a sublicense of the hotel licensee; or any combination of the persons listed in this Subsection. (1)
(2) Subsectionapplies to: (1) a hotel licensee; a sublicensee or person operating under a sublicense of a hotel licensee; or staff of a hotel licensee or sublicensee or other person operating under a sublicense of a hotel licensee.
