32B-8d-105. Enforcement of operational requirements.
(1) Except as provided in Subsectionand in addition to Subsection, failure by a person to comply with this chapter or an operational requirement under a provision applicable to a sublicense may result in disciplinary action in accordance with, against: 32B-8-502(2) (2) Chapter 3, Disciplinary Actions and Enforcement Act a principal licensee; individual staff of a principal licensee; a sublicensee or person otherwise operating under a sublicense; individual staff of a sublicensee or person otherwise operating under a sublicense; or any combination of the persons listed in Subsectionsthrough. (1)(a) (d)
(2) An operational requirement applicable to a sublicensee or person operating under a sublicense is enforced as provided by the provisions applicable to the sublicense.
