35A-13-401. General provisions.
(1) This part is known as "Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired."
(2) For the purposes of this part: "Assistant director" means the assistant director of the division. "Division" means the program called the Division of Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired created in Section. 35A-13-402
