39A-1-102. Definitions.
As used in this title:
(1) "Adjutant general" means the commanding general of the Utah National Guard as appointed by the governor under Section. 39A-1-201
(2) "National Guard" means the Utah National Guard created in Sectionand in accordance with Utah Constitution Article XV. 39A-3-101
(3) "Utah State Defense Force" or "Defense Force" means the unorganized militia as structured inof this title. Chapter 4
