4-22-107. Exemption from certain operational requirements.
(1) The commission is exempt from:; Title 51, Chapter 5, Funds Consolidation Act; Title 51, Chapter 7, State Money Management Act; Title 63A, Utah Government Operations Code, but the commission shall adopt procedures to ensure that the commission makes purchases: Title 63G, Chapter 6a, Utah Procurement Code in a manner that provides for fair competition between providers; and at competitive prices;; and Title 63J, Chapter 1, Budgetary Procedures Act. (2) The commission is subject to:; Title 52, Chapter 4, Open and Public Meetings Act Section; and 67-3-12. Title 63G, Chapter 2, Government Records Access and Management Act
