4-3-501. Cow share program notification.
(1) A producer who is in a cow-share program, as defined in Section, shall notify the department of the cow-share program and include in the notification: 4-3-102 the producer's name; and a valid, current address of the farm on which the milk producing hoofed mammal in the cow-share program is located.
(2) Upon receipt, the department shall keep a notification of a cow-share program described in Subsectionon file. (1)
