4-41a-203. Renewal.

The department shall renew a license issued under Sectionevery year if:

(1) the licensee meets the requirements of Sectionat the time of renewal; 4-41a-201

(2) the board does not identify: a significant failure of compliance with this chapter or department rules in the review described in Section; or 4-41a-201.1 grounds for revocation described in Subsectionsthrough; 4-41a-201(9)(b) (g)

(3) the licensee pays the department a license renewal fee in an amount that, subject to Subsection, the department sets in accordance with Section; and 4-41a-104(5) 63J-1-504

(4) if the cannabis production establishment changes the operating plan described in Sectionthat the department or licensing board approved under Subsection, the department approves the new operating plan. 4-41a-204 4-41a-201(2)(b)(iii)
