4-46-301. LeRay McAllister Working Farm and Ranch Account.
(1) There is created a restricted account within the General Fund entitled the "LeRay McAllister Working Farm and Ranch Account."
(2) The LeRay McAllister Working Farm and Ranch Account shall consist of: appropriations by the Legislature; grants from federal or private sources; revenue paid in accordance with Section,,, or; and 59-2-506 59-2-511 59-2-1705 59-2-1710 interest and earnings from the account.
(3) The Land Conservation Board created in Sectionmay use appropriations from the account in accordance with Section. 4-46-201 4-46-302
