40-11-9. Permit provisions.
(1) A permit shall require that: an operator remain in compliance with all of the permit requirements described in Subsection; and 40-11-6(3) an operator comply with any additional provisions the board imposes.
(2) The board may make a permit contingent upon: the payment of fair compensation to pore space owners who do not consent to the use of the owners' pore space for geologic carbon storage; the recording of the permit as described in Section; and 40-11-12 additional provisions to protect the environment and the property interests of the parties described in Subsection. 40-11-7(4)
