41-1a-1602. Sponsored special group license plate program.
(1) The division shall establish and administer a sponsored special group license plate program as described in this part.
(2) The division shall issue to an applicant who satisfies the requirements of this part one of the following: a collegiate special group license plate; a private nonprofit special group license plate; a corporate brand sponsored special group license plate; a major league sports team sponsored special group license plate; a state agency support special group license plate; or a state agency recognition special group license plate.
