41-1a-230.1. Voluntary contribution for wildlife crossings.
(1) A person who applies for a motor vehicle registration or registration renewal may designate a voluntary contribution for wildlife crossing construction and related activities.
(2) This contribution shall be: collected by the division; treated as a voluntary contribution to wildlife crossing construction and not as a motor vehicle registration fee; and transferred to the Wildlife Crossing Account created in Subsection, less actual administrative costs associated with collecting and transferring the contributions. 72-2-124(14)
