41-1a-901. Odometer required.
(1) Except as provided in Subsection, each motor vehicle required to be registered under this chapter shall be equipped with a properly functioning odometer. (2)
(2) Subsectiondoes not apply to a street-legal all-terrain vehicle that was not equipped with an odometer by the manufacturer. (1)
