41-22-33. Fees for safety and education program -- Penalty -- Unlawful acts.
(1) A fee set by the division, after notifying the commission, in accordance with Sectionshall be added to the registration fee required to register an off-highway vehicle under Sectionto help fund the off-highway vehicle safety and education program. 63J-1-504 41-22-8
(2) If the division modifies the fee under Subsection, the modification shall take effect on the first day of the calendar quarter after 90 days from the day on which the division provides the State Tax Commission: (1) notice from the division stating that the division will modify the fee; and a copy of the fee modification.
(3) The division shall require a person registering an off-highway vehicle or a street-legal all-terrain vehicle registered for a 24-month period as provided in Sectionto pay double the amount of the fee described in Subsectionfor the same vehicle registered for a 12-month period. 41-1a-215.5 (1)
