41-28-101. Definitions.
As used in this chapter:
(1) "Classic travel trailer" means a travel trailer, camping trailer, or fifth wheel trailer that is: model year 1982 or older; and primarily a collector's item that is used for: participation in club activities; exhibitions; tours; parades; occasional recreational or vacation use; or other similar uses. "Classic travel trailer" does not include a travel trailer, camping trailer, or fifth wheel trailer that is used for the general daily transportation of an individual or property.
(2) "Classic vehicle" means: a motor vehicle or motorcycle: with a model year of 1982 or older; and that is driven fewer than 1,500 miles per calendar year; or a classic travel trailer.
(3) "Motor vehicle" means the same as that term is defined in Section. 41-1a-102
(4) "Motorcycle" means the same as that term is defined in Section. 41-1a-102
