48-1d-1021. Merger authorized.
(1) By complying with Sectionsthrough: 48-1d-1021 48-1d-1026 one or more domestic partnerships may merge with one or more domestic or foreign entities into a domestic or foreign surviving entity; and two or more foreign entities may merge into a domestic partnership.
