(1) The following are the policymaking boards and committees within the department: the Trauma System and Emergency Medical Services Committee, created in Section; 53-2d-104 the Air Ambulance Committee, created in Section; 53-2d-107 the Driver License Medical Advisory Board, created in Section; 53-3-303 the Concealed Firearm Review Board, created in Section; 53-5a-302 the Utah Fire Prevention Board, created in Section; and 53-7-203 the Liquified Petroleum Gas Board, created in Section. 53-7-304
