53-13-106.3. State and local law enforcement officers and federal employees -- Exercise of federal law enforcement authority when based on a state or local enactment.
Subject to Sectionand Subsection, state and local law enforcement officers are not authorized to recognize a federal employee's exercise of law enforcement authority, either on or off federally managed land, when the exercise is based on a state or local statute, ordinance, regulation, or rule.
