53-29-301. Definitions.
As used in this part:
(1) "Business day" means a day on which state offices are open for regular business.
(2) "Correctional facility" means: a county jail; a secure correctional facility as defined by Section; or 64-13-1 a secure care facility as defined in Section. 80-1-102
(3) "Secondary residence" means real property that an offender owns or has a financial interest in, or a residence where the offender stays overnight a total of 10 or more nights in a 12-month period when not staying at the offender's primary residence.
