53-2d-208. Fees for training equipment rental, testing, and quality assurance reviews.
(1) The bureau may charge fees, established in accordance with Section: 63J-1-504 for the use of bureau-owned training equipment; to administer tests and conduct quality assurance reviews; and to process an application for a designation, permit, or license.
