53-2d-501. State regulation of emergency medical services market -- License term.
(1) To ensure emergency medical service quality and minimize unnecessary duplication, the bureau shall regulate the emergency medical services market by creating and operating a statewide system that: consists of exclusive geographic service areas as provided in Section; and 53-2d-502 establishes maximum rates as provided in Section. 53-2d-503
(2) A license issued or renewed under this part is valid for four years.
