53-7-221. Exceptions from Utah Fireworks Act.
(1) Sectionsthroughdo not apply to a division 1.1G explosive, a division 1.2G explosive, a division 1.3G explosive, or a division 1.4G explosive that is not for use in the state, but is manufactured, stored, warehoused, or in transit for destinations outside of the state. 53-7-220 53-7-225
