(1) In accordance with applicable provisions and Section, the following recurring reports are due to the Public Education Appropriations Subcommittee: 68-3-14 the State Superintendent's Annual Report by the state board described in Section; 53E-1-203 the state superintendent's required report described in Subsectionrelated to transferring money appropriated to the Minimum School Program for fiscal years 2027 and 2028; 63J-1-206(3)(b) the report described in Sectionby the state board regarding student personnel and data standards for the Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind; 53E-8-204 the state board's report described in Sectionregarding the cost of expanding the dual language immersion proficiency assessment; 53E-10-307 the report described in Sectionby the Utah Leading through Effective, Actionable, and Dynamic Education director on research and other activities; and 53E-10-703 the report by the STEM Action Center Board described in Section, including the information described in Sectionon the status of the computer science initiative. 9-22-109 9-22-113
