53E-1-202.1. Report to the Public Education Appropriations Subcommittee on the Carson Smith Opportunity Scholarship Program.
(1) Beginning in 2021, the State Board of Education shall, in accordance with Section, annually submit the report described in Sectionto the Public Education Appropriations Subcommittee. 68-3-14 53E-7-404
(2) This section supersedes any conflicting provisions of Utah law.
