53E-4-301. Definitions.
As used in this part:
(1) "Core standards for Utah public schools" means the standards established by the state board as described in Section. 53E-4-202
(2) "Statewide assessment" means one or more of the following, as applicable: a standards assessment described in Section; 53E-4-303 a high school assessment described in Section; 53E-4-304 a college readiness assessment described in Section; or 53E-4-305 an assessment of students in grade 3 to measure reading grade level described in Section. 53E-4-307
