53E-5-201. Definitions.
As used in this part:
(1) "Lowest performing 25% of students" means the proportion of a school's students who scored in the lowest 25% of students in the school on a statewide assessment based on the prior school year's scores.
(2) "Statewide assessment" means one or more of the following, as applicable: a standards assessment described in Section; 53E-4-303 a high school assessment described in Section; 53E-4-304 a college readiness assessment described in Section; or 53E-4-305 an alternate assessment administered to a student with a disability.
