53F-6-417. Appeals process for denied reimbursements.
In accordance with required program administration the program manager shall:
(1) follow an appeals process for when a student's eligibility is suspended or disqualified under Section; and 53F-6-405
(2) establish the process and procedures for the appeals process described in this section.
