53G-10-805. Performance monitoring.
(1) The entities described in Subsectionshall annually monitor: (2) student performance within an LEA regarding the statewide goal described in Sectionfor third-grade reading; and 53E-3-1001 elementary school performance regarding literacy instruction, science of reading training, and the provision of reading interventions described in this part.
(2) The following shall provide the monitoring described in Subsection: (1) for a school district, the local governing board; for a charter school, the charter school's authorizer; and for all public schools, the state board.
