53G-3-305. Redistricting -- Local school board membership.
(1) Upon the creation of a new school district or a reorganized new school district in accordance with Section,, or, the applicable legislative body shall redistrict the affected school districts in accordance with Section. 53G-3-301.1 53G-3-301.3 53G-3-301.4 20A-14-201
(2) Except as provided in Section, local school board membership in the affected school districts is subject to, Election of Members of Local Boards of Education. 53G-3-302 Title 20A, Chapter 14, Part 2
