53G-8-201. Definitions.
As used in this part:
(1) "Sexual crime" or "sexual misconduct" means any conduct described in: Title 76, Chapter 5, Part 4, Sexual Offenses; Title 76, Chapter 5b, Sexual Exploitation Act; or Section, incest. 76-7-102 "Sexual crime" or "sexual misconduct" does not include conduct described in: Section, enticing a minor; 76-5-417 Section, lewdness involving a child; or 76-5-420 Section, failure to report child sexual abuse material by a computer technician. 76-5b-206
(2) "Serious offense" means the same as that term is defined in Section. 80-6-103
