53G-9-215. Health care services in public schools.
Except as provided in, before a health care provider, as defined in Section, may provide or facilitate a health care service in a public school that is not traditionally available to a student in a public school, the health care provider shall obtain the informed written or verbal consent of the student's parent for the health care service.
