53G-9-305. Regulations of department.
(1) In accordance with, the department shall make rules regarding: Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act which vaccines are required as a condition of attending school; the manner and frequency of the vaccinations; and the vaccination exemption form described in Section. 53G-9-304
(2) The department shall ensure that the rules described in Subsection: (1) conform to recognized standard medical practices; and require schools to report to the department statistical information and names of students who are not in compliance with Section. 53G-9-302
