53G-9-704. Youth suicide prevention training for employees.
(1) A school district or charter school shall require a licensed employee to complete professional development training on youth suicide prevention every three years.
(2) The state board shall: develop or adopt sample materials to be used by a school district or charter school for professional development training on youth suicide prevention; and by rule made in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, incorporate the training described in Subsection (1) into professional development training described in Section. 53E-6-201
