53H-1-208. Board guidance to degree-granting institutions on student housing.
The board shall make policies or otherwise provide to each degree-granting institution guidance regarding the degree-granting institution's student housing, including:
(1) compliance with the requirements for sex-designated dwelling units within the degree-granting institution's student housing, as those terms are defined in Section, and the provision of dwelling units that are not sex-designated; and 63G-31-305
(2) practices to ensure individual privacy within the degree-granting institution's student housing.
