53H-1-404. Oaths of office.
Notwithstanding Section, except as otherwise provided in this title, an individual whom one of the following appoints or employs is not required to take an official oath of office:
(1) the board;
(2) the commissioner;
(3) an institution;
(4) an institution board of trustees; or
(5) the president of an institution.
