53H-10-302. Student Prosperity Savings Program.
(1) There is created the Student Prosperity Savings Program.
(2) The program is funded by: appropriations from the Legislature; and donations made in accordance with Section. 53H-10-303
(3) The plan shall administer the program. The plan shall use the program to create 529 savings accounts in accordance with this part.
