53H-15-203. Utah Data Research Advisory Board -- Composition -- Appointment.
(1) There is created the Utah Data Research Advisory Board.
(2) The advisory board is composed of the following members: the state superintendent of the State Board of Education or the state superintendent's designee; the commissioner or the commissioner's designee; the executive director of the Department of Workforce Services or the executive director's designee; the executive director of the Department of Health and Human Services or the executive director's designee; and the executive director of the Department of Commerce or the executive director's designee.
(3) The commissioner or the commissioner's designee shall serve as chair.
(4) A member of the advisory board: except to the extent a member's service on the advisory board is related to the member's duties outside of the advisory board, may not receive compensation or benefits for the member's service; and may receive per diem and travel expenses in accordance with: Section; 63A-3-106 Section; and 63A-3-107 rules made by the Division of Finance under Sectionsand. 63A-3-106 63A-3-107
