53H-3-204. Technical college board of trustees -- Unique powers and duties.
In addition to the duties described in Section, a technical college board of trustees shall, regarding the strategic plan described in Subsection, consult with the board, other higher education institutions, school districts, and charter schools within the technical college's region regarding the delivery of technical education within the region.
