53H-3-609. Degree-granting institutions that provide technical education -- Duties -- Board evaluation.
(1) A degree-granting institution described in Section: 53H-3-608 shall: fulfill the technical college duties described in Subsectionsand; and 53H-3-1203(1) (2) report annually to the board on: the status of technical education in the degree-granting institution's service area; and student tuition and fees for the technical education programs provided by the degree-granting institution; and may not exercise any jurisdiction over career and technical education provided by a school district or charter school independently of the school district or charter school.
(2) The board shall monitor and evaluate the impact of degree programs on technical education provided by a degree-granting institution described in Section. 53H-3-608
