54-20-104. Clean coal technology program.
(1) Subject to Subsection, the commission shall authorize, before July 1, 2017, and, subject to funding, approve a program that authorizes a large-scale electric utility to investigate, analyze, and research clean coal technology. (2)
(2) The commission may review the expenditures made by a large-scale electric utility for a program described in Subsectionin order to determine if the large-scale electric utility made the expenditures prudently in accordance with the purposes of the program. (1)
