54-26-802. Commission review.
The commission shall:
(1) conduct a review of this chapter before October 31, 2027, and every three years thereafter;
(2) conduct an investigation with stakeholder input and public comment and prepare a report that includes: data on program participation; analysis of impacts on electrical rates; assessment of transmission system reliability; and recommendations regarding whether to: extend the program; modify program requirements; or allow the program to close to new participants; and
(3) provide the report described in Subsectionand any recommendations to the Public Utilities, Energy, and Technology Interim Committee. (2)
