54-8-10. Public hearing -- Notice -- Publication.
(1) The governing body shall provide notice of a public hearing on the proposed improvement for the proposed district, as a class B notice under Section, for at least 14 days. 63G-30-102
(2) The addresses to be used for the purpose of mailing notice as required by Subsectionshall be: 63G-30-102(3) the last address appearing on the real property assessment rolls of the county for each owner of real property whose property will be assessed for the cost of the improvement; and the street number of each piece of improved property to be affected by the assessment.
(3) Mailed notices and the published notice shall state where a copy of the resolution creating the district will be available for inspection by any interested parties.
