57-8a-801. Definitions.
As used in this part:
(1) "Charging system" means a device that is: used to provide electricity to an electric or hybrid electric vehicle; and designed to ensure a safe connection between the electric grid and the vehicle.
(2) "General electrical contractor" means the same as that term is defined in Section. 58-55-102
(3) "Residential electrical contractor" means the same as that term is defined in Section. 58-55-102
