58-1-307.1. Delegation of health care services -- Division duties.
The division, in consultation with the Department of Health, shall identify by rule made in accordance with, a list of health care services that an unlicensed individual may perform without delegation by a health care provider, as defined in Section, regardless of the setting or licensing of the facility in which the health care services are performed.
