58-11a-301. Licensure or permit required.
(1) Subject to Subsection (2), a person must be licensed or permitted as required under this chapter to practice a discipline regulated by this chapter.
(2) An individual is not required to be licensed or permitted if the individual: is a registered apprentice in accordance with this chapter; or qualifies for an exemption under: Section; or 58-1-307 Section. 58-11a-304
