58-17b-1007. Limited civil liability.
A physician who issues a standing prescription drug order in accordance with Subsectionis not liable, under this part, for any civil damages for acts or omissions resulting from the dispensing of:
(1) an injectable epinephrine rescue medication;
(2) a glucagon kit; or
(3) stock albuterol.
