58-31d-102. Division rulemaking.
(1) The division shall make rules in accordance with, to implement Section. Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act 58-31d-101
(2) For purposes of Section, "role" as defined in Article II(17) includes an individual who is: 58-31d-101 licensed to practice under Subsectionsthrough; or 58-31b-301(2)(a) (c) licensed to practice under Section. 58-44a-301
(3) Notwithstanding any provision in Section, Sectiondoes not supersede state law related to an individual's scope of practice under this title. 58-31d-101 58-31d-101
(4) Once the compact comes into effect as described in Section, Article X(1), the division shall provide a notice that the compact is in effect: 58-31d-101 to an individual licensed under: Subsectionor; 58-31b-301(2)(d) (e) Section; and 58-44a-301 to the Health and Human Services Interim Committee; and on the division's website with information for potential applicants.
