58-31e-103. Implementation and rulemaking authority.
(1) The term "head of the state licensing board," as used in Article VII b(1) of the Nurse Licensure Compact in Section, means an individual who is an ex-officio member of the Board of Nursing and Certified Nurse Midwives created in Sectionand is appointed by the director to serve as the head of the state licensing board for purposes of Article VII b(1) of the Nurse Licensure Compact. 58-31e-102 58-31b-201
(2) The division may, in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, make rules necessary to implement the provisions of this chapter.
